2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup sweet chili sauce

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and yellow)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lime juice

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sweet chili sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and lime juice. Mix until well combined.

    Assemble the Tortilla Rolls: Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken filling onto the lower third of the tortilla. Roll it up tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

      Toast the Rolls: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then carefully flip to toast the other side for another 2-3 minutes. You may need to do this in batches.
