4 large whole grain or spinach tortillas

1 lb (450g) thinly sliced turkey breast

2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup cucumber, julienned

½ cup creamy avocado spread or hummus

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a light dressing.

    Lay out each tortilla flat on a clean surface.

      Spread a generous layer (about 2 tablespoons) of avocado spread or hummus onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Evenly distribute the fresh spinach leaves on each tortilla, followed by the sliced turkey breast.

          Sprinkle the shredded carrots and julienned cucumber over the turkey, giving each wrap a nice crunch.

            Add a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese on top for creaminess and flavor.

              Drizzle a little of the prepared dressing over the fillings, being careful not to over-saturate.
