Ingredients

1 large whole wheat pizza crust

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup arugula

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly oil a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Roll out the whole wheat pizza crust on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.

Transfer the crust onto the prepared pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the crust is slightly golden.

While the crust is baking, in a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Once the crust is ready, take it out of the oven and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface.

Scatter the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the spinach is wilted and the feta is slightly melted.

Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with fresh strawberry slices and arugula for a lovely color and flavor contrast.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a splash of olive oil before slicing.

Serve warm or at room temperature, and enjoy this delightful savory and sweet combination!
