1 large spinach or whole-wheat tortilla

1/2 cup hummus (any flavor of your choice)

1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup diced avocado

1/4 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon tahini drizzled on top, fresh cilantro for garnish

Prep Your Ingredients: Start by washing and chopping all your veggies: shred the purple cabbage, shred or julienne the carrots, dice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and slice the avocado. This way, you have everything ready to assemble your wrap.

    Spread the Base: Take your large tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of hummus over the entire tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.

      Layer with Color: Begin layering your prepared ingredients over the hummus. Start with the shredded purple cabbage, followed by the shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, cucumber, and corn kernels.
