2 ripe peaches, sliced

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), julienned

1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or sesame oil for added flavor)

1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse and slice the peaches, bell pepper, zucchini, snap peas, and onion. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger to have all ingredients ready to go.
