1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 ripe avocado

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

4 slices of whole grain bread, cut into halves (for mini toasts)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Olive oil, for drizzling

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder (if using). Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

    Make the Avocado Spread: In another bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
