Ingredients
  

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 slices of crispy bacon

1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 large ripe tomato, diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Toothpicks or mini skewers for serving

Instructions
 

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until they are crispy. Once crispy, transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess fat. Once cooled, chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.

    Prepare the Wraps: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Mix well to create a flavorful spread for the wraps.

      Assemble the Sliders: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the mayonnaise mixture over the tortilla. On one half of the tortilla, layer chopped Romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and the chopped bacon. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

        Roll the Wrap: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from the filling side to the outer edge. Once rolled, you can secure it with a toothpick or mini skewer. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

          Slice & Serve: With a sharp knife, slice each wrap into small, slider-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches thick. Arrange the mini BLT wrap sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately.

            Optional Garnish: For a touch of flair, you can garnish with additional pieces of Romaine or slices of tomato around the platter.
