For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

For the BBQ Sauce:

1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (for tanginess)

For the Sliders:

Slider buns (12 small)

Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade, for topping)

Pickles (slices, optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Make the Meatballs:

      - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.

        - Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix as this can lead to tough meatballs.

          Shape the Meatballs:

            - Use your hands to shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get around 24 meatballs.

              Bake the Meatballs:
