1 pound ground turkey sausage

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 package (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the ground turkey sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease and remove from heat.

      Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked turkey sausage and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until evenly mixed.

          Roll Out the Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out each puff pastry sheet to smooth out creases. Cut each sheet into 4 equal squares (8 squares total).
