Ingredients

10 chicken drumsticks

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly with non-stick spray or olive oil.

Prepare the Coating: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Coat the Drumsticks: Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to help the coating adhere better. In a separate bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the drumsticks, ensuring they are well-coated.

Dredge the Chicken: One by one, take each drumstick and roll it in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating. Place the coated drumsticks into the greased baking dish.

Bake: Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the baking dish (you may need to use two dishes if they are too crowded). Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serve and Garnish: Once baked, remove the drumsticks from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving to add a pop of color and flavor.

Enjoy: Serve these crispy garlic Parmesan drumsticks warm with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
