1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well-blended and creamy.

    Incorporate Raspberries: Gently fold in the fresh raspberries with a spatula, being careful not to crush them too much. You want some whole berries for bursts of flavor in each bite.

      Fill Molds: Spoon the yogurt and raspberry mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish. If using a baking dish, spread the mixture evenly with a spatula.

        Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
