2 cups coffee-flavored Greek yogurt

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1/4 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the coffee-flavored Greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks.

    Add Crunch: Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, mini chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts (if using) to the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.

      Assemble the Sandwiches: Take a scoop of the yogurt mixture and spread it between two chocolate sandwich cookies, creating a sandwich. Repeat this process until all the yogurt mixture is used.

        Freeze the Sandwiches: Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt filling is solid.
