Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.

Add Pecans: Gently fold in the chopped pecans, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture. If you’re using chocolate chips, you can fold them in at this stage as well.

Fill Molds: Spoon the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze. Insert sticks or handles according to your molds' instructions.

Freeze: Place the molds into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the frozen pops. Enjoy your chilled treat!
