1 large egg

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups diced apples (preferably Granny Smith)

1/2 cup frozen yogurt (plain or your favorite flavor)

Optional: chopped nuts or seeds for topping
