Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for added sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Silicone molds or ice cube trays

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: Start by washing the strawberries thoroughly. Hull and slice them into small pieces. Set aside about a quarter of the sliced strawberries for decoration.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice. Whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Blend the Strawberries: In a blender, add the remaining sliced strawberries (3/4) and blend until you achieve a smooth puree. If you prefer some texture, blend it for a shorter time.

Combine and Swirl: Gently fold the strawberry puree into the yogurt mixture, swirling it just enough to create a marbled effect rather than completely mixing. You want to see streaks of strawberry throughout the yogurt.

Pour into Molds: Carefully spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling them about three-quarters full to allow room for expansion as they freeze.

Add Toppings (Optional): If desired, sprinkle the reserved sliced strawberries on top of each mold for an attractive finish.

Freeze: Carefully place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: To release the yogurt melts from the molds, let them sit at room temperature for a minute, or you can run warm water on the outside of the molds for easier removal.

Enjoy: Serve these delightful Strawberry Greek Yogurt Melts as a refreshing snack or a healthy dessert! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
