Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen fruit (strawberries, bananas, mangoes, or your choice)

1 cup coconut water (or fruit juice for extra flavor)

1 medium ripe banana

1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the mixed frozen fruit, banana, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can add a little more coconut water if the mixture is too thick.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate any additional sweetener.

Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring each stick is centered.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer for about 4 to 6 hours or until completely frozen. For best results, leave them overnight.

Remove and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the pops. Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious treat!
