Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

¼ cup granola or nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until completely smooth and creamy.

Spread Yogurt on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick using a spatula.

Add Toppings: Scatter the mixed fresh berries over the yogurt layer, pressing them down lightly. Then sprinkle the granola or chopped nuts on top for added crunch. If desired, sprinkle dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes for extra flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely firm.

Cut into Pieces: Once fully frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes at room temperature. Use a sharp knife to cut the yogurt bark into pieces or break it into shards, whichever you prefer.

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy your frozen Greek yogurt bark immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Perfect for a quick healthy snack or dessert!
