2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup sweet cherries, pitted and chopped (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, for added crunch)

Instructions
 

Prep the Cherries: If using fresh cherries, wash, pit, and chop them into small pieces. If using frozen cherries, allow them to thaw slightly before chopping.

    Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly.

      Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in the chopped cherries and melted chocolate into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed. If you're adding nuts for crunch, fold them in at this stage.

          Scoop and Freeze: Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins. Make sure to fill them evenly but leave a little space at the top as the yogurt will expand while freezing.

            Freeze and Set: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
