Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 large apple, peeled, cored, and diced

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup granola (your favorite type)

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option)

3 tablespoons brown sugar (or coconut sugar)

A pinch of salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (or coconut oil for a dairy-free option)

Instructions

Prepare the Apple Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the diced apple, 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well and let sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Make the Crumble Topping: In another bowl, mix together the granola, rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the melted butter (or coconut oil) and stir until all ingredients are combined and crumble-like. Set aside.

Combine Yogurt and Sweetener: In a separate mixing bowl, stir your Greek yogurt with the remaining honey (or maple syrup) until smooth and well combined.

Layer the Yogurt Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or spray with cooking oil. Spoon a tablespoon of yogurt into each muffin cup, spreading it evenly. Follow with a layer of the apple mixture, pressing it down gently. Finally, top with a generous amount of the crumble topping.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for about 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, pop out the frozen yogurt bites from the muffin tin. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
