1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks

1 cup orange segments

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup grapes, halved (if large)

1 cup purple plums, diced (or substitute with blackberries)

Wooden skewers (6-inch or longer)

Optional: A drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon for serving

Prep the Fruit: Begin by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, segment the oranges, slice the kiwis, and dice the purple plums (or prepare blackberries). Halve the grapes if they are large.

    Skewer the Fruit: Take your wooden skewer and begin threading the fruit onto it in rainbow order: start with a strawberry, then add a piece of pineapple, an orange segment, a slice of kiwi, a few blueberries, half a grape, and finish with a piece of purple plum or a blackberry. Repeat this process for each skewer until all the fruit is used.

      Presentation: Arrange the skewers on a platter. If desired, drizzle a little honey over the skewers for added sweetness and flavor, or sprinkle them lightly with cinnamon for a warm twist.
