4 medium zucchinis, spiralized

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Prepare the Zucchini Noodles: Use a spiralizer to turn the zucchinis into noodles. If you don’t have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to create long strips. Set aside.

    Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

      Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the melted butter. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to burn the garlic.
