1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or peanuts for extra crunch)

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for added flavor
