1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

1 cup (100g) shredded Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh baby spinach

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
