1 ripe avocado

100g (about 3.5 oz) feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional, for garnish)

Fresh vegetables or pita chips, for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocado: Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

    Mash the Ingredients: Add the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the avocado.
