300g pasta (penne or fusilli)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Blanch the Broccoli: While the pasta cooks, bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
