2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup broccoli slaw mix

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well-blended and creamy.
