1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried

1 cup mixed greens (arugula, kale, or your choice)

1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette or cherry vinaigrette (homemade if preferred)

Salt and pepper to taste
