2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or penne)

1 cup cooked ground turkey (seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs)

1 cup steamed broccoli florets (chopped)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

1/2 cup milk

Salt and black pepper to taste

12 muffin cups (for baking)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground turkey, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
