1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup mixed add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruits, seeds, or fresh fruit pieces)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold together using a spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
