1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

24 wonton wrappers

Cooking spray

Prepare the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.

    Assemble the Wontons: Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water.
