1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Vegetables: In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the cauliflower and broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

      Make the Cheese Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the blanched cauliflower and broccoli. Pour the cheese sauce over the vegetables and gently fold to coat the florets evenly.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. Transfer the cheesy vegetable mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.

            Add Breadcrumbs (Optional): If using, sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the mixture for added crunch.

              Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
